Shirt on or shirt off?

Hes a boy and its the beach, what would be wrong with him going shirtless. All of my boys go shirtless at the beach from the time they are old enough to wear swim shorts, just make sure to use sunscreen and he will be fine. I actually would find it stranger is a parent forced their son to wear a shirt at the beach.
