Aren't religulous theologies TMI about the folks who believe in them?

That is so true. I would be embarrassed to believe in anything remotely resembling that crap. Moreover I don't think they truly believe in their religion but moreover they are simply regurgitating what their communities, families, culture, shoved down their throat.
