Soul Surfer ending credits song?

does anyone know the song at the VERY end of the soul surfer movie like the song playing when bethany is surfing and then the movie fades out and its over its after all the home videos and everything and it goes something like hope is not as plain as the wave or something about hope..does anyone else know wat im talking about i cant find it anywhere online...please help me!! thanks:)
