Prevent copper tarnish using conductive paint?

I need my copper boards to be electrically conductive for my project which uses low voltage(5 volts). However, one side of my copper boards will be exposed and therefore tarnish overtime. The other side is unexposed for wiring. Is it possible to prevent tarnishing on the exposed side of the board if I use conductive paint for it to remain conductive?
