What are some good underwater camera/videocameras?

I am looking into getting an underwater camera that doubles as a video camera. I am going to be doing some photography this summer for surfers, so i need a good quality camera that will zoom enough to not be pixely when taken. I will also be in the water taking the pictures and videos, so the camera must be water proof. I dont have a bunch of money to spend on it, im thinking about $150 to $200 tops. It definitely needs to be of good high quality. Any help on this is much appreciated(:
