How to get this hair and makeup?

My Hair Is Straight The Way I Get My Hair To Look That Way Is I Blow Dry It A Little Bit On LOW Run My Fingers Through My Hair Creating Waves (If That Doesnt Work Braid Your Hair When You Get Out Of The Shower) & I Use Herbal Essence "Scrunching Gel" But Not To Much Because It Will Weigh The Hair Down And Im Sure You Down It To Be So Rough And Hard When It Dries.
