Why do women think its ok for women to go into the men's bathroom?

Women seem to think they have the right to use the men's bathroom regardless if there are men using it and also younger under age boys use that bathroom and are exposed and its an extreme invasion of privacy to have a grown women walk into the bathroom when you are trying to urinate and have them look at your penis. When I was 13 a group of 26 year old women came into the boys bathroom at a college football game and were looking at the guys I told my mother and she called the police apparently its illegal and the women have to file as a sex offender in the state. So why do women seem to think men want them seeing them pee?
