What is that one quote off of soul surfer?

Okay so there is a quote that i heard at the very end of the movie of soul surfer... but i didn't have time to type it on my phone.. I think it starts out by saying.. life is like a wave, or life is like surfing.. i can't remember. Does anyone know the whole thing?
