I accidentally let the cleaner bleach sit too long?

I dyed my hair today and noticed a few accidental spots of dye that must have dripped onto the lid of my toilet from my hair while I was dying it. I sprayed some bathroom cleaner with bleach included onto the seat and was going to wait a few minutes and then wash it. However, Thing started happening and I was distracted. A few hours later, the acid of the cleaner apparently ate through the lid a bit by the time I had remembered and now parts of the lid of the seat are yellow-orange. Yes, I know, complete imbecile. Does anyone know what I could do to solve this or should I just buy a whole new toilet seat + lid? If I should just buy new, how much would that cost approximately (in Canada)?
