How intelligent would you say my parents are?

wow i get what your saying - thats a really stupid thing to do - i mean its giving your sister mixed messages, the police saying its bad to shoplift, then your mum "rewards" her with pizza and having her friend over. maybe you should talk to your mum why she did that becuase it is not helpful! lol!
