Do jeans and flip flops look good on guys?

Assuming the guy had not-hairy feet that were well taken care of and the flips flops were the actual surfer flip flops like rainbows, reefs, or quiksilvers and the jeans were regular, slim, or semi-skinny (not skin tight). I actually surf if it makes a difference, am tall and skinny, and I live in a beach town in California. I`m just bored/curious. Thanks!
